POSTAGE - DOMESTIC + INTERNATIONAL

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars
  • Postage within Australia is via Australia Post registered mail. 
  • International post is via Australia Post registered airmail.
  • International orders are welcome. We would like to give you an accurate shipping quote so please note that order total will not include shipping amount. After placing your order you will be contacted with a postage quote (please make sure the shipping address in your order is correct).
  • Once you receive the postage amount, confirm with payment if you would like to go ahead otherwise please notify that you would like to cancel and you will receive a prompt refund.  Feel free to make contact before ordering to receive a postage quote before checkout. 
  • Orders usually ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Standard delivery time within Australia is 5 - 8 business days for capital cities and up to 14 days for regional areas.
  • Standard delivery time for international deliveries is 2-3 weeks.
  • Shipping does not include insurance unless requested.
  • Primoeza does not take responsibility for loss or damage by local postal services. 
  • For international customers some countries may charge customs and duties that are not included in the order or paid for by Primoeza.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGE

  • We try to describe items are described in fullest and accurate detail but please bear in mind that there are colour differences between screens.
  • Images used in descriptions may be for illustrative purposes and your item may have minor variation.
  • Many items sold here are also hand made/crafted and irregularities and imperfections are not considered as faults.
  • All exchanges/returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis, however we do not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind. All questions are welcome before committing to a purchase.
  • We do not take return or exchange on cut fabric.
  • We can only offer refund if the product is faulty and is not fit for purpose.
  • If there is a problem or fault with your item, please email with all details and images if possible within 24hrs. We will then work to resolve the situation with you.

 

PAYMENT

  • The online store accepts credit and debit card payments via Stripe or Paypal. Australian customers can also choose to make payment via bank transfer. If you would like to pay this way, please email your order direct to elizabeth@primoeza.com.

 

SECURITY

  • Primoeza online store is hosted by Squarespace which is PCI-DSS compliant. All payments are processed by either Stripe or Paypal directly. Squarespace does not handle or store sensitive information.

 

PRIVACY

  • Primoeza will not disclose your information to other organisations or third parties. Any personal information that you provide is confidential and used to process your order. We may use your information to contact you about updates and new products. If you would like to have your name removed from our mailing list, please email elizabeth@primoeza.com.
